		<description>made an apple pie with an homemade lavender ice-cream once the  pie is warmed through placing the ice-cream on top it acts like a sauce as it melts the lavender comes through and the flavours of the two works so well. add a little vanilla to the ice-cream and it seems to enhance the flavour of the lavender a little more</description>
