		<description>This event is going to cause a problem. The season for fresh European Chantarelles is over, we only have big floppy and soddy Canadian Chantarelles, who do not look like the real stuff to me, but a different breed altogether. They smell different too. I only can get dried real Chantarelles, very uninspiring. It would be great to do this event next year september.</description>
